Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream (best quality)
- 4 shots espresso, freshly brewed
- 4 tbsp Amaretto di Saronno
- Amaretti biscuits to serve alongside
Method
- 1Place one scoop of ice cream in each cup or glass. Pour one espresso over. Drizzle with Amaretto.
- 2Serve immediately with amaretti biscuits alongside.
