Isterband sausage with creamed potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 isterband sausages
- 1 kg potatoes
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Dill
- Mustard
- Beetroot (boiled)
- Salt and pepper
Method
- 1Fry the sausages in a pan until cooked through. Boil and slice potatoes. Make the cream sauce: melt butter, stir in flour, whisk in milk. Add potatoes and dill. Serve with mustard and beetroot.
